Introduction
Granola is a simple mix, but when made with organic ingredients it becomes a nutritious, flavorful, and truly wholesome breakfast or snack. This recipe contains no white sugar and no artificial additives—just oats, nuts, and natural sweeteners.
Ingredients
Rolled oats: 2 cups
Chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, pistachios, or hazelnuts): 1 cup
Maple syrup or natural honey: ⅓ cup
Coconut oil or sesame oil: 2 tablespoons
Natural vanilla: 1 teaspoon
Sea salt: a pinch
Preparation steps
Dry mix: Combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, and a pinch of sea salt in a large bowl.
Add wet ingredients: Stir in maple syrup, oil, and vanilla until everything is evenly coated.
Bake: Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking tray and bake at 160°C (320°F) for 20–25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to prevent burning.
Cool and store: Let it cool completely, then break into clusters and store in an airtight container. Stays fresh for up to 2 weeks.
